I had overcome two major challenges in my life which are defining my career now. The first one is during my schooling. I was a mediocre student until my 7th class. I studied in CBSE school and I was not able to cope up well in the class and hence was scoring average marks. This brought down my confidence and I didn’t like that. So, I talked with my father and shifted to state syllabus school so that my confidence builds up, understand the subject better and be among the toppers. In my new school, the teachers understood me better and were always available in clearing my doubts and in providing guidance. I grabbed this opportunity and showed continuous improvement in my marks and slowly started climbing up the ladder in my class rankings. I am now proud to say that I was able to achieve my goal. In my 10th class, I got the best student award and was one of the school toppers. I continued my hard-work and joined AMRITA UNIVERSITY to complete my Engineering. I landed up in a dream core job in ROBERT BOSCH.
The second challenge I had overcome was during my stint in ROBERT BOSCH. I was lucky to get a very supportive manager and team members. We used to work overtimes for on-time delivery, but it was never hectic as we also used to play, go out, celebrate etc. We were like a family. I was appreciated for my work and hence was awarded employee of the month award. I was very comfortable and successful in my career. I took the joint responsibility of the developer and Proxy SWPL. I was offered an onsite opportunity to China for six months where I could have earned more. So, it was comfortable for me in life and that is the reason why the decision to pursue my MBA and join TAPMI was very hard for me. But my goal is to broaden my horizons and learn management aspects. So, between the opportunities I had, I chose to pursue my MBA and hence joined in TAPMI. This was the best decision taken by me in my life.
