An engineer from Mumbai, Arpit Arora got through to Deloitte early on in his career. But later, he decided to start up on his own and became the co-founder of luxury salon and spa chain Sassy Studios. It was during this time that Arpit realized that he needs some core business knowledge to scale his business and hence started looking up for MBA options. He then opted for the Hong Kong University MBA program and learnt the nuances of business better. In this video, he talks about his journey to HKU, what was the realization he got that transformed his career and how he ended up working with Deloitte Monitor after his B-school days.
