I emphasize this - no matter how good or successful you are or how clever or crafty, your business and its future are in the hands of the people you hire.  Akio Morita (Late)  (Businessman and co-founder of Sony Corporation. Japan)

Any Products or Service is the outcome of Human Mind. Humans are the fundamental resource for creating or developing anything to everything under the sky. Now a days people say machines are replacing humans and thus the value of human resource getting reduced. But machines and technology are built by humans only and companies or organisations are always in search for talented, skilled and qualified professionals for further development of latest machine & technology, which again is controlled by humans to make products. So value of Humans Resource will always be valued  by the companies or organisations forever.

“ The human mind is our fundamental resource.” - John F. Kennedy.

I personally think Human Resource is the backbone of any organization. It helps the company to achieve its objective by infusing positive attitude in the workforce. It helps in maintaining cordial relations with unions which lead to the feeling among workers that Company also thinks about them and thus it reduces the chances of Strikes. Proper Selection & Recruitment Process leads to the selection of appropriate candidates which in turn leads to  less number of people leaving the job. The sole purpose of Human Resource Management is to utilize the proper use of existing human resource in an organization. Motivated  workers perform better for the company which leads to profits & growth of the company. This creates a chance for the company to enter into new business and start new venture thus industrial development increases and the economy improves. A successful company has very good HR policy like Google.

I have past experience with the Human Resource. I was the former General Secretary & President of State Level N.G.O Santal Engineering Students' Welfare Association (S.E.S.W.A) (W.B). I have understood from my experience that a motivated & dedicated person can bring a lot of change in any organization.Communication Skills forms an integral part of Human Resource. Along with that diligent work is needed to run an organisation smoothly & perfectly. Humans are guided by their instincts or psychology which is the results or productivity of human mind. Many times people fall short of their commitment or performance . For some people its a deliberate action but for some its a by product of a complex situation. Human Resource deals with both type of people and try to bring them in the right track by various means , suiting to each category , for the development of the company. A Company or Organization is  run by humans and if there  is not proper guidelines or structure for managing the workforce   then it will lead to chaotic situation. This will lead to poor performance and ultimately leads to the fall of organization or a company.

Fortunately I am doing my Post Graduate in Human Resource Management from IIM Ranchi. Various Theories & Concepts of HR are solving many doubts in my personal and professional level.I am always preoccupied with them.  I am enjoying my stay & my study  and  I want to explore more opportunities in this particular sector.
