Birla Jingwei Fibres Company Limited (BJFCL) is Aditya Birla Group’s viscose staple fibre (VSF) manufacturing company located in the Hubei Province of central China. It was established in 2006 as a joint venture company between the Aditya Birla Group and the Fujian Jingwei Group. In 2008, Aditya Birla Group acquired 100% ownership of the company.
BJFCL caters primarily caters to the domestic markets of Fujian, Jinagsu, Zhejiang, Henan Hubei, Hebei and Shandong. Due to the plant’s location, upstream of the Hanjiaing River, major modifications in effluent treatment had to be undertaken to meet the stringent norms of water discharge, including the introduction of a first-of-its-kind diffused aeration system for VSF wastewater treatment.

Nice analysis,can you please re-check on the maths in the last line of "Fund Allocation: 69000 Crore (a dismal 1.2% of GDP)"? If GDP is $2.9Trn, wouldn't this be 0.35% of GDP?
