Every journey is unique because the obstacles we face differ but every story is the same for we are all disciples of humanity playing our role in evolution. All we have to do is try and make a difference in every small thing we do and the world would end up being a better place.
One major challenge which I have faced in my life comes on the professional front. After completing my Biotech education, 1 year in my first job and I was disillusioned. The goals that I had set out for myself were still vague and hazy. I knew I had to reinvent myself. Add to that the pressure of ageing, and I was suddenly on shaky grounds.
This is when I decided to introspect and realign my goals. I figured out what I really wanted, I wanted to contribute to the society in some way. I then took up a role in Education tech sector and found my calling. The kind of satisfaction one derives from making someone else's journey complete is immense.
For me the challenge was not a materialistic one but rather a mental and emotional one. As is said, the greatest of the battles are fought inside our heart.
I am fortunate that I had the courage to fight my demons and figure out my purpose. I have a vision now, the challenges now are just mere stepping stones to my final destination.
