Fear of saying ‘NO’: From my childhood days I can’t say ‘NO’ to any anyone as I felt like if I say 'NO' then I will act like rude and arrogant and this has affected me a lot in my personal as well as professional life. Professionally, people took advantage of this weakness of mine by giving me an extra amount of work apart from my assigned work which I used to do it know that it was not my work. Personally, I always felt like I am getting used by others. But later I realized that I have to do something to overcome this fear of mine by saying ‘NO’ as it is affecting me a lot personally. Now I made this promise to myself that I will listen to others request and will help him/her only if I feel like there is a guanine need for it or if he/she is in trouble.

Procrastination: Sometimes, I have had the tendency of procrastinating. Initially, I didn't realize that it was such a bad habit because it affected only me. But during my time in Accenture, I was on a group project where I could see putting my things off to the last minute created stress for everyone else. It was a wake-up call. I started creating daily schedules that held me accountable to my team and I was able to do away with my habit. It was hard at first, but using the agile methodology for execution of our project and dividing task in the sprint was a real breakthrough in my workflow and mindset.
