Life is never easy, it is always full of challenges. Without facing any challenges, one cannot grow and improve themselves. In this article, I would be talking about how I overcame some of the challenges which I personally faced in life.

It is never easy in life, when your family is fighting to provide the basic necessities in life like education. A life where we didn't have sufficient resources, except our fire to come up in life.

It has been about 15 years since these events happened, but they are fresh in my mind as if it happened yesterday. This has been my driving force to succeed in life. When you face challenges, there are two ways to go about it - crib or face it head-on. I chose the latter.

Thanks to my parents' hardwork, we were ultimately able to provide for ourselves. Then came the next priority - education. It is not easy to come up in life without formal education. So I put in effort to study all that I had missed earlier and caught up with my peers. Now here I am, a person who has done well academically and currently pursuing his MBA in one of India's toB-Schools. I now aspire to become a Marketing a manager at a company where my values and work would be appreciated.

We are all so brand conscious. There's nothing wrong in that. Big brands have been a part of our life growing up and we feel a certain connect with some of them because of the way they appeal to us. When we go for a brand, we feel that the product would be of good quality and have our trust in it.

That's exactly how the Aditya Birla Group appeals to many people, including me. I was always appealed by the clothing and apparel brands such as Van Heusen and Louis Vuitton. Then there are the phones we use - how many of us use vodafone. What if I tell you that they are all a part of the same group? Wait a minute! They are all a part of the Aditya Birla Group?

Yes. The ABG (Aditya Birla Group) has it's presence in various industries like Fashion, textiles, cement, steel, etc.

The tagline of the group is Taking India to the World resonates with the Indian in me. Who wouldn't want to be a user of such a conglomerate? And what would be better is to get a chance to work with them?

Any management individual with a great sense of national pride and values would love to be a part of such an organization. A dream company for many, it would be very interesting to see the kind of talent who make it there.
