Top IIMs like IIM Indore, IM Kozhikode, IIM Bangalore, IIM Calcutta have, over the past few years, maintained a healthy gender diversity ratio boasting of more than 30 percent women. Among other things, this shows that more and more glass ceilings are being broken and women are increasingly aspiring to join and studying in the top b-schools of India.
