It's there all around, even if you don't know it! - TAPMI

I was never brand centric per say. It never really bothered me what company or brand products I was using if it provided me comfort and satisfaction. My simple funda, if I may say was that as long as it’s making me happy, it’s worth it and I’m all in for it. This is what shaped my shopping habits all through.

Now at a point in my life while have a conversation with a friend(basically leg pulling sessions) about his habits of showing off on everything from his clothing to accessories, I came to realise, or rather he made me realise through not so kind addressal of it that I was in fact packed in and surrounded by belongings of products mostly by Aditya Birla Group. A conglomerate so diverse and far reached, it has a dominant presence in most of the sections of the market. This apparels I wore, the telecom operator I used, the shopping mall I frequented, the college I aspired to do my undergrad from, even the tyres on my car and bike and a long list ahead; they all come under one name- Aditya Birla Group.

A small anecdote I can recall from my childhool is the time my father only used to wear white shirts. Now as a kid, all I saw was a white Stag on the shirts-Allen Solly Stag, now I know, but as a kid, it was mighty interesting without any understanding. Result? I have 10+ white stags in my cupboard which I wear day in and day out. That’s what Aditya Birla Group does; it leaves a legacy.

It’s tough to make a name in a market such as India; It’s even more of a task to keep that respect and build further on it for 160+ years but here we have The Aditya Birla Group still growing as an ever speeding rate as I even write this article. Significance of this conglomerate in any one of our lives with or without our realisation is magnanimous and with the rapport and values it inculcates, that’s only going to get better.
