Hey! Isha It was really nice to read your journey, even I'm from a non-engineer background (dentistry :D). Can you please share your "fancy folder" with us. Also Is it really important to take coaching for winning the game(especially for someone who isn't in touch with maths since ages)?

My fancy folder had certificates of all the activities I did in my Graduation. Since, it covered almost everything right from Literary Arts, Performing Arts, Fine Arts to Sports, and lots of Position of Responsibilities, it looked a bit fancier and bulky. Regarding the coaching classes, it is purely up to the candidate. For me, coaching classes brought discipline in my life to sit at one place for 2 hours, also I could meet some like-minded aspirants with whom I could discuss strategies and shortcuts.

Hi, huge congratulations on your success. I wanted to know if you prepared simultaneously with your job or left it in the last year ?

In my CAT 2018 attempt, I was working along with CAT preparation. I had to leave my job because of extensive travelling (after shifting of my family) along with my health deteriorating day by day. But if asked, I would say I was more effective when I was working rather than not.

Hi Isha, your story really boosted my confidence and I just have some questions from you, I don't have any job experience just the teaching experience for a year and not even that much certificates, hence can I still dream for IIMA? Also can you please share some questions which one should ask from the interviewer?

I am an impractical dreamer, who would take all risks to fulfil them. I like to explore different opportunities in my life and enjoy every moment of it. Recently, I have fulfilled my dream of getting an admit to IIM Ahmedabad for PGP 2020-22, and I have a list of things I wish to do in this life.

Yes, you can and you should still dream about IIMA. The questions to be asked to interviewers are supposed to be your personal ones, not something taken from anyone else. Once you learn about the process and institution, you will develop that question for yourself. Also asking a question is not mandatory, nor it increases your chance for the admit.
