Born to an engineer father, I faintly had an idea of what engineering and companies are, till I reached my puberty. But let me tell you, this isn't just a regular engineer in the making story, which compels me to write this story all over again.

Like any other kid, I went to school in which I fairly performed till I encountered my first board examination of life, and trust me this is where life played a not so small twist with me.

Life has four words. Maths five. Yes I was shocked. My 10th mark-sheet just had a mere 45 marks in Maths in it. No, not because of family pressure, I myself wanted to be an engineer from the beginning which was beaming then in super-normal amounts.

But I was drained emotionally and mentally to a certain factor to which half of the population succumbs to, Peer pressure.

The mental agony, anxiety kept me till a month. I lost weight, I was a totally different person.

Marks don't matter always, is true. But when marks become the deciding factor between your dream and you, despite of the hard work, it MATTERS.

But wait, there's more. I reviewed the paper and to my utter astonishment, I saw I secured 95 marks in it. So my hard work and God's grace, put me back in track of being an engineer.

Then went 12th boards and I somehow managed to get a good rank in State Joint Entrance Exam. Days here were tiring, nights long just as any other fellow engineer of mine, but I still smile looking back because My quite monotonous  engineering life gave me a taste of robotics, the event HYDROSEEKER, in which we bagged the top position. But what I miss and mostly remember was hour long discussions with my teammate and gulping down cups of coffee just to squeeze that brain box a bit.

Engineering ended with a good note, but the very next day again, I caught the first flight of my life, all alone to join my job.

3 years after my job when this pursuing MBA graduate tells his story, he smiles that after all this time, the whole was worth it.

In order to get success, you must have integrity, compassion, commitment and speed in life, and now I understand how a  company like Aditya Birla group has emerged this Victorious in this ever changing world and assimilated and implemented every one of this for betterment only.
