Her work focused on SOX compliance, operational efficiency, and stakeholder alignment, giving her a practical understanding of controls, governance, and business integrity.
Before that, Navya interned at NITI Aayog, PNB MetLife, and Cornitos India, exposing her to public policy research, financial services, and FMCG strategy. These experiences helped her develop a well-rounded business perspective, adaptability across contexts, and the ability to deliver effectively in both structured and ambiguous situations.
During her MBA, she interned with Deloitte USI in the Valuation and Risk vertical.
