A Career Foundation Built Across Sectors and Functions

Navya’s professional journey spans diverse environments. She holds a Bachelors in Finance from Delhi University and began her career at Bough Consulting, where she spent 17 months working with a US-listed client valued at $2.1 billion. Her work focused on SOX compliance, operational efficiency, and stakeholder alignment, giving her a practical understanding of controls, governance, and business integrity.

Before that, Navya interned at NITI Aayog, PNB MetLife, and Cornitos India, exposing her to public policy research, financial services, and FMCG strategy. These experiences helped her develop a well-rounded business perspective, adaptability across contexts, and the ability to deliver effectively in both structured and ambiguous situations.

During her MBA, she interned with Deloitte USI in the Valuation and Risk vertical. She contributed to valuation projects for healthcare clients, learned complex modeling tools such as Monte Carlo simulations, and applied Bloomberg analytics to support financial decision-making. Her work reflected precision, analytical rigor, and the capacity to learn quickly in high-expectation environments.

A Global Experience That Shaped Perspective

Among her many achievements, Navya is most proud of representing India at a Global School Camp in Malang, Indonesia. This was a seven-day immersive program focused on leadership workshops, cultural collaboration, and innovation challenges with participants from across the world.

It was her first time traveling abroad alone, which made the experience both challenging and transformative. In unfamiliar surroundings, she learned to navigate independently, adapt to new environments, and collaborate across cultures. It strengthened her confidence to step into global spaces and reinforced her belief that meaningful leadership begins with openness to diverse perspectives.

The experience shaped how she approaches teamwork today with cultural sensitivity, curiosity, and an understanding that collaboration is enriched when different backgrounds meet.

Strengths That Guide Her Work and Relationships

Navya’s strengths extend beyond her professional track record.

She is a go-getter who follows through on responsibilities with persistence, even when the process is demanding. She is deeply dependable, someone teammates can trust to find solutions and ensure progress. And she brings empathy to her relationships, creating an environment where peers feel heard and supported. These qualities allow her to build strong teams and maintain clarity and composure under pressure.

Adaptability in an AI-Augmented Business Landscape

In a world where technology evolves faster than ever, Navya stands out for her adaptability. At Deloitte, she learned advanced valuation tools and applied them in a short, high-stakes timeline. Her ability to absorb new concepts, integrate them into her decision-making, and still deliver quality outcomes reflects readiness for the future of work.

For Navya, technology is not something to chase but to collaborate with. She believes professionals must continue learning, evolving, and contributing meaningfully alongside AI. This orientation makes her equipped to work in fast-changing industries where agility and judgment are essential.

A Quiet Act of Support That Reflects Her Character

During her summer internship preparation, a close friend who was still unplaced asked her to join him in a demanding case competition. It required multiple rounds and significant time commitment at a moment when her own preparation demands were high. Still, Navya chose to support him. She balanced her own responsibilities and spent late nights working with him through submissions, frameworks, and presentations. While they did not reach the final stage, he gained mentorship and confidence that later supported him in placements.

For Navya, the defining moment was not the outcome but the choice to help someone during a personal high-pressure phase. It reinforced her belief that leadership is expressed in everyday actions, especially when no one is watching.
