I am somewhere.
2017 was a pretty long year. The year in which I transformed not only physically but also mentally.
In this journey of losing 12 kgs, 2017 taught me things that 19 years of my life couldn't. Because as they say, 'Set a goal so big that you cannot achieve it until you grow into the person who can.'
For me, going to the gym at the end of the day is like a mental recovery. My happy place. I'm still on my way, with much more to achieve.
I used to stay in a PG during my graduation, so along with being a fitness enthusiast, I motivated my friends and fellow PG-Mates to stay fit. I used to help them with their nutrition plans and training routines and brought about a significant impact on the lives of many people. After doing a lot of research in the field of nutrition, I got a decent sense of knowledge in this field. I helped a lot of people achieve their fitness goals. This is when I realized that I can be a good motivator.
I am not perfect, went through a lot of difficulties in my journey. But everyday, all these hardships make me stand stronger and better than the previous day. Constantly working on becoming a better version of myself everyday.
Sweat. Smile. Repeat.
NEVER SAY NEVER!
P.S. Nothing feels better than noticing extra room in the clothes!
