Why Aditya Birla Group is big in your life?
What would a man do if he were all alone on this earth? Who would he share his happiness and sorrows with? Absolutely no one. He would be empty and isolated.
Without people in our lives, we are nothing but things which exist and are forgotten later. But Aditya Birla Group came up with an idea. An idea that truly did change our lives. And that idea is The Idea. With these small cellular devices in our hands which we call a mobile phone, we could talk to someone sitting thousands of miles away from us. We could not only share our stories with each other, but we could hear each other’s voice and see each other’s faces.
With a widespread network all over this beautiful nation of ours, it did not matter which corner of the country we were in. We could talk to our loved ones with just a few taps on the screens of our phones. Starting from the streets of Gujarat and Maharashtra, they are now omnipresent in the country with a subscriber base of approximately 200 million. Like every other brand in any other market, they have faced intense competition from their competitors. With new entrants joining the market and existing competitors coming up with innovative strategies, Idea did not have it easy. Many competitors were not able to survive. But being the giant that they have become, they have not only been able to survive, but they have gone toe to toe to compete with other market bearers. They worked hard, believed in themselves, and eventually made this world a better place.

How you overcame challenges to achieve your ambitions in life so far?
Something which in our country is not given much attention but needs to be taken care of is bullying. Be it physical or in the online form, it is something which is neglected in the society.
It exists everywhere- in your school, on the playground and even in the corporate world. The feeling one gets by feeling superior to others in addicting. And this is what leads to some people hungrily wanting to make others feel less.
Like every other child, sports were something I was attracted to. I tried my hand at almost all of them and found Tennis to be the one which I wanted to pursue further. Tennis courts are no different from the playgrounds. They have their prodigies and they have their bullies. I happened to be a natural at the game. But I was constantly pushed down by the bullies of the court, who were older, larger and more experienced at the game than I was.
But if there is one thing we have learned from movies and cartoons is that hard work always pays off. It turns out it really does. I got back up every time I was pushed down by these oppressors and with passing time my game not only caught up to theirs but surpassed it. I still remember the day when I won one of the games with 4 aces, eventually winning the whole set with a score of 6-1. And this instance is what reminds me to work hard every time I feel like things are not going my way.
