Life is full of challenges and uncertainties and how you overcome those says a lot about you and your personalities. I too faced many challenges in life and would like to narrate one of those experiences here.
After completion of B.E. in Civil Engineering, I joined Accenture Technology in Mumbai as an Associate Software Engineer. Coming from an engineering background where I had no expertise in coding and testing, I was working in a project were I did Functional and Automation Tester where I had to learn coding languages like C# for automation testing. Even though the languages were new to me, I had a difficult task of learning and apply that to my daily tasks.
At the start, I was tense whether I could perform 100% because of these shortcomings, but there is one thing I learnt in life that you should adapt to whatever happens around you and also need to learn and unlearn things whenever and wherever as quickly as possible in order to be relevant in this competitive world. I started to learn the basics and build my knowledge brick by brick and build a firm foundation which also had a great improvement in my productivity. Also having great support from my colleagues played a vital role in coming to speed with my work. I believe when you work with your full commitment and dedication, you are bound to be successful even if it takes some time for that. This experience has made me believe I can do things which I want if I dedicate all my focus and energy on any task given to me. This is a great experience I cherish in my life.
