The Reckitt Career Compass is ONLY open for 1st year students from the following B-Schools:

Here’s how it works:
1. You can sign up for Reckitt Career Compass in a team of 3: pick your team leader who will register on behalf of the team

3. Fill in your team details on the registration page: make sure you and your team members meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above
4. Choose the domain of your preference ( S&M, Sales, Supply, Finance , HR) to attend the workshop and access the case study
5. You will receive a meeting link to attend the Reckitt Career Compass event
6. There will be 3 stages in the Reckitt Career Compass program
A. Exclusive workshop for all registered teams
B. Launch of a live business challenge during the workshop: all teams to submit their solutions to qualify for the next round
C. Shortlisted teams from each campus get to present their solution to the Reckitt leadership team and if you make the cut, you win a fast-track ticket to a Summer internship with Reckitt
Note: Students can only form teams with students within their own B-schools. The team leader will have to submit the details of his/her team members. Once registered, the team members will be able to see the competition on the Kampus App as well. All team members should log in/register with the same email address added by their team leader
