Much like the rest of the world, the pandemic forced b-schools this year to update their interview procedures by moving from offline face-to-face interactions to digital interaction. The pandemic came as a blessing in disguise for aspirants as online interviews were easier to manage and saved precious time, energy and resources that could be used for interview preparation. While different b-schools adapted differently to create interactions as lively as possible, SOM really came on top. Using the interactive Gather platform and with a strict straight forward SOP the interviews were seamless.
