The Dream Manifest - TAPMI

Walking up on a road in Bangalore, the city I grew up in, is like walking in a shopping mall filled with attractive stores. Every road, every gully has a line of shops you would be tempted to walk in. What is evident though is the symbol resembling a sun popping out now and then. Not only in a city like Bangalore but also in small villages throughout India ,the image stands out. Painted on walls of houses, proudly displayed on huge buildings this logo is the pride of India.
Spread far and wide, throughout India and in many countries of the world, the owner of the Logo, Aditya Birla Group (ABG) is one of India’s largest conglomerates.
The word conglomerate gives me goosebumps.
Ever since I was a teenager, I wanted to be an entrepreneur. Building my own business from scratch has been the dream, the vision, the goal everything. Everything I have done since the inception of this bug is to improve myself and get closer to that goal.
Why am I talking about the logo and my dreams here? Because the dream manifested here. The visibility of ABG and the presence felt wherever I went is a tremendous motivation for someone who wants to build an empire herself.
I have always seen ABG as a benchmark of what I want to build. Looked up to the entire group with great respect, but mostly with a heart throb.
Every time I see a logo on a More store or on a building painted UltraTech cement, it reminds me of my passion. It helps me visualize achieving my ambitions. It gives me fuel to work harder with so much more zeal. The conglomerate is an inseparable part of me - a dream.
That is how much of an impact ABG has created in my life.
