At the core of this group are people who drive to make an impact, irrespective of the challenges they face with such initiatives. The programme is designed to expose students to real positions of responsibility where the participants truly benefit from the progaramme making it very unique.

Growing up I too had to face challenges both at personal and social levels. But the one that was the most challenging was when I had to give up on Charted Accountancy course. It was mainly because I haven’t had the courage to push myself to the limits during the preparation. Luckily, I have had constant support and motivation from both my family and friends. They were by my side even during my lowest and gave me the courage that I needed to move on by choosing a new career path. This helped me tune myself into a more confident person which made work hard towards my new ambition, MBA. Today, here I am, writing this article sitting in the dorm room of one of the best MBA colleges in India.
