According to Abraham Maslow Theory of Needs, the basic need of a human being is cloth, shelter, and food. The Aditya Birla Group provides us with all of them. It is visible to everyone that how the company has flourished in this decade. From having a few brands to being a conglomerate, the company has seen ups and downs in their phase. Hence, they are now a corrupt free, environment-friendly, and a sustainable company. In my life, the Aditya Birla Group has been playing a major role. Talking about being a sophisticated person, I always wanted to stand out, and for that, the Aditya Birla fashion retail group has helped me a lot. Their trend cycle with twist and turns has always enlightened me and made me curious to try them more. The variety in their collection in every season and multiple of choice in colours have made me always confusing, but still, I manage somehow to buy what suits me the best, even when every other item persuades me and lures my eyes. In everyone’s life, this company has been a part, whether it is providing someone with an insurance portfolio, or it is something with building their own dream house. From providing people with better telecom services to branded apparel to outshine, this company has never made false promises and helped people with all their honesty and modesty. In my journey of 20 years, from the age of 6, I’ve always seen the Aditya banners all around the roads, their advertisement in televisions, filled with contents of their popular ad ultra tech cement they have made their presence everywhere. Still today, it is one of the profound companies which have made their mark everywhere. Kumar Mangalam Birla has done such a great job not only in making up his business but giving the same opportunity to his family. His biggest achievement is his daughter, who follows the same rule of modesty in her life, Ananya Birla. She is the one who inspires me with her thoughts and her success stories. She is an entrepreneur, a songwriter and a singer. She is the founder of Svatantra Microfin, a company which provides microfinance to rural area women in India. Just like her father’s business in which they are doing a lot of CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY to uplift the weaker section of the nation, she has added another milestone by helping such people and making their life easier and better. I picturise myself to be as confident as she is today.
In my life, I've always been that kid who would try her best to attain success in her life just like this company. Fiercely they have been doing great and achieving greatest of their heights. I have learned so much from them and I hope to be somewhat like them one day. My journey of being a part of IIM Ranchi is full of struggle but I never lost any hope. I am grateful for this company for giving us such an experience and opportunity. Life is full of failure but it also gives you opportunity to learn from such mistakes and grow furthermore. The Aditya Birla Company not only works in India but tries to help and adjoin every nation where ever they work, which shows their spirit of collectivism and unity with diversity. In the middle of things when everybody wants you to be stressed free, relaxed and calm but you can even come for any of this, then the AGP comes in lime light. The next best thing I've learnt from ABG is cooperation and collaboration okayyyy. Hence, this makes me wonder how a manager should work globally with the same sentiments and how I can grow in my path taking them as an example and if i got a chance to be at somewhere where they are right now, I will do the same and will influence others with the same notion. The real struggle is within time, to be confident enough that I can conquer the reign.
