What a person becomes in life is the outcome of many small things and challenges one faces and the way approaches them. I believe whatever I will achieve in life will be due to my attitude towards any problems and challenges, that I have built through out my academic life & a short professional life. Belonging to a middle-class small family, I was always taught to be disciplined, diligent and honest. These enrooted the qualities of resilience and perseverance within me.

Back in school days, in seventh grade I had a broke bone fracture right before my final exams. I had to go through a major surgery followed by three months of bed rest. I was suggested to repeat the year as coping up in the new session would have been difficult but I didn’t oblige. I appeared for separate exam conducted on medical grounds, cleared the exam and continued and completed my normal progress in school academics.

In my engineering college days, by the time I completed my final year my father was retired and I didn’t get placed from campus. But I never succumbed to the mental pressure. I kept on hunting for a job and within a month’s time I had my first job.

All these are small rough phases from past but today when I look back to them it gives me confidence to face any roadblocks and the encouragement to overcome them.
