The Tech Fest Challenge - Sushal Patil, TAPMI

I am a graduate from S S J College of engineering in 2014. During my education in the college I was a member of the organising committee of the Technical Festival which is held in the college. This is one of the flagship event of the college. Being the organising member it was my responsibility that all the events should be executed seamlessly. But given the size of the event it was very difficult to manage all the simultaneous events. There were few critical activities like the managing the logistics of the supplies which were required for the event. And to manage the flow of students participating from different colleges. During the event there were many glitches which needed immediate attention as they would hamper the image of the college for example event clashes, co-ordinating with the judges and disputes about the rules and regulations about the event. All of them had to be resolved immediately to ensure successful completion of the events. The good relationship with the peers helped me sail through this challenging time. Such challenging times have kept me at the peak of my performance.
