The staff members there are trained in the warm hospitality of Birla’s culture, which makes the experience of an ordinary day of grocery shopping quite pleasant. Birla’s fashion brands like Allen Solly, Forever 21, and Pantaloons give me a choice to dress the way I like, defy the orthodox views of society and portray myself the way I feel comfortable. Products from Ultratech Cement and Hindalco contribute to various foundations of my life even if I’m not aware of every one of them. The presence of the Aditya Birla Group in every nook and corner makes living simpler.
Giving up is not an option:
Life is full of obstacles and challenges, and getting over them is no easy task. Establishing an empire at national and international levels is ten times harder. Still, the Aditya Birla group has managed to do so. Examples like these are what help me make it through the challenges of life. Fear always resides in my mind. When I say fear, I mean all kinds of fear like the fear of failure, the fear of being too trusting of people and then being deceived, the fear of making a grave mistake that cannot be corrected or the fear of being a disappointment. Even though this sounds quite normal, it is way worse for me because I am crippled by it. However, as I stated above, examples like the Aditya Birla Group show that fear can be overcome. Risks will lead to downfalls at times, but that should not stop anyone from moving forward. So, I have learned to use this fear of mine to drive myself ahead instead of letting it control me. There are times when I stumble and fall, but I get back up again and learn from my mistakes. I use the terror of not being good enough to fuel my energy to strive for excellence and keep growing. The Aditya Birla Group has proven to the world that the sky is the limit and anything is possible if you are ready to handle the successes and failures of the risks that you take and use them fruitfully. As I keep going, my journey has brought me to the Indian Institute of Management at the city of Ranchi, and even in this city, the Aditya Birla Group makes me feel like it is a home away from home.
