  • At the core of the ABGLP program are people who drive to make an impact, irrespective of what challenges they face.

Started in 1857, Aditya Birla group is helping India grow with its presence in many industries. It is a group which carries a legacy since the last four generations. Starting at a time when doing business was probably the toughest, it is a journey that has inspired millions of Indians to take the challenge and walk an extra mile for their dreams.

I am from a small village with a population of 3000 in Uttar Pradesh. Losing my father at an early age of four there was a very limited financial resource and no one else to guide except some free advice giver friendly neighbors. Since childhood, I always had big dreams and I would sometime chalk out plans to achieve them. I took the responsibility of looking after my mother when my elder brother went out for higher studies. I completed my higher secondary education from a school nearby. I used to participate in most of the school activities. Along with my friend, I started a quiz competition in my town where we helped economically deprived students, who are brilliant academically, raise fund for their education. After completing under-graduation, I landed in an IT company, where I worked for three and a half years and funded my tuition fee to prepare for my dream which is to become a manager.  I am sure that on the right path and soon I will be fulfilling the dream. It is my Grandfather who always tells me that you can’t be successful in life if you’re not ethical and I wish to carry this thought in my journey ahead.
