Why Aditya Birla Group is big in my life?
Going back in time comes my childhood memory of Aditya Birla Group's cement. When I was a kid, my family use to live in a home which was small and old fashioned. We used to live in a nuclear family. There were fourteen members in my family living in the same house. Whenever I used to visit my friend's house which was newly built, I always got excited to see their home. I always wanted to have our own home. I always insisted my parents to build our own house. After some time we decided to have our own home. The work to build a new home began. I was very excited about it. I wanted to live in a new home as early as possible. When it was made I got my own room to live. It was really a big thing for me. There was a complete rush going through my body.
The cement that was used to build the home was Ultra tech cement whose parent organization is Aditya Birla Group. Cement is the most important commodity that is used to build any house. The reason for Aditya Birla Group is great in my life is that Aditya Birla Group helped me to realize my dream of having my own home and my own single room.
Challenges overcame to achieve my ambition in life?
It was the month of March in 2018. I was playing football with my friends. Suddenly I heard a popup sound in my right knee. At that moment my knee was paining a lot and it was completely swollen. The doctor told me that it was third-degree Anterior Cruciate ligament tear. I had to undergo surgery in the month of April. The doctor prescribed me medications and also told me to do some rehab exercises. It was really difficult to bear the pain for a few months. I was preparing for CAT exam at that time. I was not able to sit for a longer time to study. But, I didn't give up. I continued my studies along with the rehab exercises. I prepared hard for CAT exam despite the struggles. In the end, I was able to able to get into one of the prestigious B-Schools IIM Ranchi.
I learned that no matter what is the situation if you are fully determined to achieve something, no one can stop you from achieving your aim. It is the will power that you require to face any kind of situation in life.
