This story stresses on the work experience I have gathered as an Intern in the AICL Communications (Pvt.) Ltd from April 01, 2019 until May 31, 2019. I mainly have incorporated my experience at AICL especially in business development, project management etc. where I had to work with different brands and an analysis on the roles of business development in B2B over B2C which is a blend of my AICL experience. I was mainly involved for generating leads for companies’ annual report making. Since its inception in 2007 in Mumbai, AICL has always been conserving quality service and now it is one of the renowned and biggest stakeholder communication consultancies agencies in the country within a very short time. I had to manage projects where some creative done by AICL’s Creative department under my department’s supervision where I followed-up are also provided. The project’s objective is to understand the role of annual report in stakeholder communication and selling the consultancy service to the prospects. This involved a lot of email writings and following on the conversation henceforth. I have also been involved in the presentation makings for the prospective clients. AICL has a good internship program. Agency people have to work much for uplifting a brand. There is an agency client gap in listed companies of India, if it can be reduced, it may make the works for both the parties very easily. Again, agencies and corporates are not taking annual report seriously till now. More investments in stakeholder communication is needed which may give a better visibility of the brands and make the advertising and marketing atmosphere more delightful which may amaze people with its’ beauty.

I would like to express my gratitude to my internship supervisor Mr. Nevin Varghese for his guidance and feedback, which made everything clear to me to complete this report. At first, I was so confused that whether I would be able to make a fruitful internship but with his assistance, I found a way to do everything immaculately and in time. He kept me on track to complete my internship and his suggestions and feedback were very dynamic in making this internship as impeccable as possible. Moreover, I must show my gratitude to my supervisor of AICL Communications (Pvt.) Ltd., Mr. Rohel Deb, who willingly took my responsibility and gave me time and shared his working experiences with me. His guidance showed me a way not only to understand the office culture but also how to deal with all the co-workers of the organization and meet the client demands with great teamwork.
