I belong to a city known for its rich warrior culture where many battles have been fought in the name of pride and honour to safeguard its cultural heritage. I come from Jaipur, popularly known as Pink city or the land of Sawai Maharajas. A land
A city where girls were educated to stay home and learn daily chores for upbringing a new family. A society where marriage is an only option as soon as a girl turns 18. In that society I dared to dream and fly. I carry a warrior spirit within that motivates me to fight for what I want, for what I desire.
I carry an immense respect for people in education industry, as I have received the first hand experience from my parents working in an education sector. They have created an importance of education in my life and thus I wanted to transfer the benefit of education into others life as well.
I joined an NGO where with one other volunteer, we started the project of teaching underprivileged girls in a destitute society where girl education was frowned according to their religion, we provided the girls basic education free of cost and convinced the parents to enroll them for formal education as well. We acted as a mentor for little butterflies to spread their wings.
Being the youngest employee of our department, I have shattered the social barriers with love and compassion. I started a teacher training program for developing soft skills among state board teachers. As teachers skills are reflected in their students.
The warrior blood has always driven me to overcome the challenges with persuasion and strong will.
