It's 2009. When you take any skill that a school kid would possess, and find who's performance is the average, you could easily find me in most cases. Sometimes, a little above average. The only thing that I had been consistently performing better was my academics. I had no idea of what I'm upto, rather did I find anything that drove me and so on. Owing to my bitter past experiences, public speaking was a nightmare.

In my Grade 9, I was apparently pulled into a hall wherein many literary events were going on. And that being an elocution competition, did it's part of exacerbation. I would have literally paid anyone to get me absconded.

Having no other option, I climbed up the dais. Standing out the duration was my plan. As a ritual, I picked up a piece of paper from the lot, with the topic in it. 'Unless you donate blood, give your 100%' it read. I could hear the audience laughing and a few having a comment on the topic. It took me a moment to thoroughly understand what the context is all about. Then happened the magical transformation. I decided then and there, come what may, I am going to give my best shot. It was not a great oration. Not a poor show rather. But, eventually, I came out as a clear gainer.

From then on, this became my motto wherever I go. I had even ended up working as a soft skill trainer for 2 years later. It shares a major contribution in my accomplishments till date. I always intended to commit myself to any task delegated, and have done the best, without holding grudges.
