It takes big to get into good book of billions of people. I believe its just not about being BIG, rather its more about inspiration that drives me to talk about group. When we think of working in a company/firm, what comes in our mind first? Is it salary? Is it brand value? or is it the ethics and employee culture? Different people will come up with different opinions but if you ask me, I am very clear in my mind that I will enjoy working with a firm which values its employees on ground of ethics, culture and believing their people are the assets. A leader is never born, they are made with the empowering work culture added to spirit of motivation and positive attitude and this stand so true with Aditya Birla Group.
I dream one day wearing Allen Solly, Van Heusen, Peter England or Louis Philippe Shirt and planning out project on viscose staple fiber or ultra tech cement. But what made me think that way? The story is simple but realistic. Aditya Birla Group operates in United States of America, Canada, South America (Brazil), Europe and Asian countries. Alone in North-America, the company employees over 12000 employees which shows even in diverse working conditions it has managed to grow and get going which in turn shows how ethically sound the group is.
I as a learner is trying my best to learn and seek lesson to how to grow and improve myself. If Birla as a whole entity can beat challenges and make ways for itself the way it has been doing it since ages, I also try to replicate the same at my personal and professional level. We learn from reputed people, companies, leaders and Aditya Birla caused same in my life.
