Aditya Birla Group is an Indian Multinational company and is into the business of metals, cement, branded apparel, chemicals, fertilisers, insulators, financial services, telecom, BPO and IT services. Being a girl shopping is something I love the most. Aditya Birla Group owns the Pantaloons stores across India. It has various in-house brands such as Allen Solly, Van Heusen, Peter England ,etc . Apart from clothing, it has a huge collection of shoes, cosmetics, etc. It is like a one stop shop for all the things. So, Pantaloons was always my go to place whenever I would wish to buy anything. The brand invites youth and provides varieties in all categories. The new Idea Cellular -Vodafone India merger makes it the largest telecom company in terms of subscribers and revenue. The jingle that Idea had named ‘Honey Bunny’ before the merger with Vodafone had won many hearts and made people keep singing the jingle over and over again. It also acquired exclusive online and offline rights to American fast fashion retailer Forever 21 in India. Forever 21 is one of the famous brands and has the latest collection of clothes.
Present in various fields Aditya Birla group has helped take India to new heights. Its success in various sectors is not only good for them but also inspires people to do the same. The various achievements of the Aditya Birla Group makes me look up to them and inspires me to excel in my field.
How I Overcame Challenges To Achieve My Ambitions In Life So Far?-TAPMI
During my childhood days, I would be an introvert who would not want to interact and was not very social. We started having presentations in school which helped me express myself to people. In higher classes I became a part of the Student Committee which looked after the welfare of the students as well as would look into the proper implementation of rules and regulations. It was the first time that I started interacting with the whole batch. My self-confidence helped me transform from an introvert to an extrovert. I am an I.T engineer and have worked with an esteemed company for 2 years. The initial training that I received was in a technology called C++ or CPP programming language. Post the training session I was made to work in a stream different from the one I got trained it. Adapting myself to a new technology in a short period of time was a challenge for me. However, the go-getter attitude that I possess helped me complete my work prior to the deadlines provided. Despite the various obstacles that I faced I could manage to do my best. Collaboration was another factor which helped me in my timely completion of work. Being a part of the Student Committee during my school days helped me understand how to bridge between two things and overcome my obstacle. The journey from work life to office was difficult because of the pressure of handling work as well as preparing for MBA entrance exams. Optimism and Motivation are the two keys which helped me overcome my Challenges.
