In the second episode of India's Most Inspiring Women Managers, we have an alumna of LSR, JNU, TISS, Colgate, Cadbury, and Nestle - Harshita Choudhary.
Harshita is a History Hons. graduate from Lady Shri Ram, University of Delhi after which she went on to pursue a masters in History from JNU. Harshita did her HR specialization from TISS and today is an industry veteran with 12+ years of experience. At Nestle, she worked as Head of Talent, South Asian Region, at Colgate she worked as the Learning and Development Head and she has also demonstrated a history of working as a HR Business Partner in organizations like Colgate and Cadbury.
Currently, she is the Organization Development and Talent Manager for Freshworks Technologies. In her role, she leads the portfolio with a focus on areas of Performance Management, Engagement and Leadership Development, while also acting as an HR Leader.
Harshita’s story is a textbook example of pursuing one’s passions irrespective of the challenges and obstacles that come in the way. In her words, those challenges have built her a strong muscle.
