He shares how RBI provided him the opportunity to pursue a Ph.D., which led him to discover his passion for teaching. After working at RBI for 10 years, he made the switch to full-time teaching.
As the Director of Jaipuria Institute, he discusses how the institute has integrated AI courses into its MBA curriculum and how this will benefit students. He also highlights the institute’s mandatory upskilling program for faculty to ensure they stay updated.
