Selected as one the Best 50 of India's Most Promising Incoming MBA Students 2024, Arya Bhattacharyya brings a blend of AI research and applied AI aimed at building better workplaces. A BITS Pilani CS grad who simultaneously completed the IIT Madras BS in Data Science while working full-time, he has delivered projects at Sabudh Foundation and IIT Madras. At Xavier Labour Relations Institute, Jamshedpur, he couples empathy, process discipline, and stakeholder management with an HR lens.

Promising is using AI to reduce friction for people and scaling it with thoughtful HR practice. With values of do no harm and make lives better, and process-first execution, he is primed to become a data-savvy, people-centred HR leader who turns evidence into policies that lift performance, wellbeing, and culture.
