Ayanangshu Biswas
Not many would have known the name of the village ’Maliantala’ in the district of ‘Nadia’ in West Bengal. That is the place where I spent my formative years. Over the years I moved to Kolkata to study Electrical Engineering at Jadavpur University, thus I have worked with and have socialized with people from diverse social, economic and demographic background. This has made me what I am today. All this has finally culminated into getting admitted in this prestigious college IMI.
As a person I am amicable and going through all the hardships in life has made me realistic and empathetic. Sports are something that ignites my passion and I used to play cricket up to school level. I also used to indulge myself into playing football, carom and a host of other sports. This passion for sports qualifies me as one of the able contestants for joining the sports club. As an aspirant of a managerial career, this PGDM program in IMI will help me imbibe humane skills which combined with my technical skills that I acquired during my undergraduate and my 15 months job experience days can hone me into an able corporate.
Despite being a die-hard sports follower I also like to delve deep into the fantastic world of mathematics, which presumably comes from my father, who is a professor in mathematics. Today I am a part of a reputed institution IMI fulfilling my dream of pursuing an MBA. Through all these experiences, I learned that life is uncertain but it also gives us bitter sweet memories which help us to understand ourselves more and more as we move ahead in life.
