In the journey from India's first global company to a Fortune 500 company, the Aditya Birla Group influenced millions of Indians. With its subsidiaries in all sectors of business, the company has taken India to the world stage.

Even I can not deny the influence that Aditya Birla Group has in my life.

With its products varies from cement to cloth, it fulfills my basic necessity. Star cement boosts the Indian construction sector, Birla carbon makes our car tire safe, Grasim limited and Birla copper limited boosts the Indian manufacturing sector, Vodafone Idea Limited provides the millions of Indians the liberty of mobile communication. The contribution of the Aditya Birla Group is tremendous in the Indian economy. As I was also a part of the economy, it influences me also with all its products and services. I use Vodafone Idea Limited for mobile communication. Also Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail limited provides me good quality clothes at a reasonable price.

As Aditya Birla Group has so many good products and services, I always prefer to settle for one of its products. The influence of the group is so big that sometimes I might be using its products without even knowing about it. As products are designed to satisfy most of the Indian customer, I find it is very satisfying. Also, the Aditya Birla Group insurance and financial services helped me in my financial planning and secure my life. Therefore, the influence that Aditya Birla Group has in my life is huge and some of them are without my knowledge.

This influence that Aditya Birla Group has in my life is not limited to me only, it has penetrated lives of millions of Indians. Also, it has actively contributed to the social and economic development of the country. The groups work in 5000 villages, treated over a million patients, runs over 5 thousand medical camps and 20 hospitals, operates 56 schools throughout the country. Hence, the social impact of the group is huge in India.

How I overcame challenges to achieve my ambitions in life so far?

The major challenge that I face in my life so far was during my final project in Engineering. I chose a project that uses the Programmable logic controller. I did a course in Programmable logic controller before but the device used during my training was different and was not available in the wholesale market. So, I decided to use a different device. But I was unaware of the consequences. The device that I bought run in a different type of programming language.

I was in a big problem as I already selected the project and can not change it now. So I decided to learn everything over again of my own. I started by developing the algorithm and then searching for resources online. But the resources that I found online was not enough. I started experiencing everything on my own and somehow completed the initial parts. But the project submission time was very near and I had to come up with a full working model. I had to work overnight for it and sacrifice a few days of sleep. I approached many professors they help me understand some doubt and gave me some advice. I used every concept that I had and contemplate on the problems that I am facing. And finally, I came up with a working model at the end. This was possible due to all the hard work that I put and keep me motivated throughout the whole process.

After that incident, I tackled every problem easily as I found the key to success which is self-confidence. The challenge that I face made me more resilient. Therefore, I consider this experience as a life-building experience which going to help me very much in the long run of my life.
