IIM Raipur is yet to move into new campus so at the present campus in a single academic building we have all the facilities from mess to the hostel. The best advantage that it provides is the level of interaction among students. Most of the people know each other; even the ones who joined the campus now have started to become the part of this family. The interaction between the senior and junior is great, they work together to take the campus to greater heights. It is more like peer-to-peer interaction than senior to junior. When juniors join the campus they are in dilemma what, why and how is the question haunting them but their doubts vanish in just two or one days because they have seniors which not only make them aware of the environment of the college but also make them ready to be great managers. They guide, praise and make us ready to take up the responsibilities for taking IIM Raipur to greater heights. In each and every task they are always standing with the juniors and make them ready for the rigorous environment at the workplace. They teach them how to be sacrosanct with deadlines and work under immense pressure. IIM Raipur has a long way to go and both the batches work together to make it happen.
