I completed my assignments and in half asleep state went to have a glass of water. It was 3 AM and when entire India was sleeping, rock starar, with her full enthusiasm and energy jumping on her bed was singing a Tamil song (Though we are in IIM Trichy but not everyone understands Tamil). Yes she was none other than Roshni She is an engineer and was working in the IT analytics section for 2 years and was more curious on the part on how to use these skills to enhance the businesses around so she joined a prestigious B-school that is IIM Trichy. Roshni believes that ‘All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy’ so even in this busy schedule she found a way to keep her hobby alive. Yes, she is a good time manager.

My Experience At IIM Trichy - Aishwarya Abboju
Who wouldn’t be happy when they cross the first step of success? Yes, like any other person even me and my family were pretty much excited about my MBA career. MBA at IIM Trichy only added to the glory. But there were mixed emotions when the day had finally come, when I had to head towards my dream, MBA at IIM Trichy. Well, for a person like me it was a bit more difficult as I never left my hometown in my entire life. With lots of anxiety, curiosity and fear of what is in front of me I started my exciting journey of two years as a student again.

A Great Learning In A WAC Classroom - IIM Trichy
After a whole week of the hectic schedule and the rigours that we faced I was able to find this one class interesting. Initial 10 days with no breathing time I found this one particular class that gave a memorable experience too. It was a WAC lecture which intended to help improve our written analysis and communication. The very little thing that we came to know about the faculty after his brief introduction about himself boosted some inclination towards the subject. The course structure also gave me some ray of hope to be happy about.

When I got the offer letter to IIM Trichy, I was having mixed feelings I was indeed very happy but had many fears also like would I be able to adjust here, whether the people here would be nice and what not. But the crazy friends that I got here airbrushed all my anxieties. On the very first day itself we went for a night walk, exploring the entire campus and that broke the ice.

Learning Inside And Outside IIM Indore Classroom
Joining an IIM brings a lot of excitement since it is one of the top b-schools of India. However, IIMs also bring hectic schedules with numbers of lectures and crazy life with tons of assignments and projects. But it also brought a whole new learning technique for me that I haven’t witnessed but the only herd which is “the pedagogy of case study”, a process in which you learn with past experiences of others and apply your theories and principles on that situation and act like a key decision maker.
