Bhavesh Chaturvedi: Best 50 | India's Most Promising Incoming MBA Students 2024 | Xavier Labour Relations Institute, Jamshedpur
Selected as one of the Top 50 of India’s Most Promising Incoming MBA Students 2024, Bhavesh Chaturvedi (PGDM, XLRI Jamshedpur) blends social-justice advocacy with data-driven execution. A BIT Mesra chemical engineer (Plastics & Polymers) who moved into tech consulting at PwC, he delivered Power BI / data-visualisation projects and—reflecting his voice-first leadership—represented PwC India in Hong Kong to speak on DEI policies on behalf of 25,000 employees. On campus, Bhavesh helped rally for a formally recognised LGBTQIA+ collective, insisting on honest, transparent dialogue with administration while building sensitivity across stakeholders. He’s an award-winning communicator—Mood Indigo (IIT Bombay) Reportage champion among 400+ participants, JAM Top-8 (600+), Debate Top-20 (500+), and additional Top-25 national finalist—who also mentors: from teaching Santhal students in nearby villages to guiding juniors through confidence and goal-setting. Now at XLRI, he aims to channel analytics, persuasion, and empathy into social-impact consulting, where profit and purpose reinforce each other.
