Most of the aspirants and prospective students are unaware of the events which take place inside a b-school. A new batch of students will swarm the gates of the IIMs soon and this article mainly addresses their doubts. I will talk about the events which take place in IIM Kozhikode and who hosts these events.
I just completed my two years of MBA(RM) from Xavier School of Rural Management (XSRM), Xavier University, Bhubaneswar (XUB), and as I reflect upon my time, I compiled a list of 15 things I have learnt personally from my experience. I am no expert but I believe my experience might help future aspirants taking their plunge in management studies. Without further ado, here we go..
As I write this, barely a week is left for the IIIrd Term to end, which marks the end of my Ist year of MBA. To say that it has been a roller coaster ride would be both a cliche and an understatement. A time for contemplation and retrospection, I find myself at a point where so many changes are traveling towards me at a lightning speed and I am thinking of all the changes that I have already absorbed. Every day here has shown me a new side of myself I didn't know existed and I continue to surprise myself. The dynamicity of this place has changed me and I will never be the same again.
