Making The Most Out Of Your Time At A B-School | Tips From An IIM Calcutta Student
In general, time flies. People say that all the time. But time truly does step on it at a B-school. You hit the ground running when you join one. There are no warm welcomes and no gentle easing. It is a frenetic burst of activity and competition in the first few months until summer placements. Only after that do you get breathing space. Even after that, life can be pretty hectic. It depends upon your B school. It can be an IIM-A at one end of the hectic spectrum and it can also be IIM-C, which is at the other end. Life On An IIM Campus For A PPO Holder

If not your preferred career choice, it does certainly provide you with a strong bargaining chip during placements. Let’s see how life after a PPO pans out on campus for most of us.
Ambition And Passion: Navigating The B-School Life At TISS Mumbai
If ambition and passion were two Venn diagrams, a popular notion is that in a B-School, the two never intersect. So when you convert a call, you hear a myriad of “Congratulations!”, albeit with a clause. This clause hints at you having to put aside your hobbies; your passion, and dedicate all of your existence to your B-School in the most celibate fashion.
