Existential crisis. Self-doubt. Feeling worthless. Imposter syndrome.
"Hey Siri, read my notifications." I was just easing in my apartment, as I commanded my newly enslaved voice assistant to serve me (and this sounds so creepy)!
I still remember - it was 29th of June when I got an email from IIM Bodh Gaya for admissions. I booked my tickets of Mahabodhi Express and on my way to Gaya, the questions kept lingering in my head - What would campus be like? What would Gaya be like?
Often, an MBA from a top notch business school in India is seen to be the gateway to success. In the quest of making it to top schools, aspirants work hard every day and write multiple exams like CAT, XAT, TISSNET, NMAT, IIFT etc.
The action began in the month of July. On one hand, I was feeling excited about starting over a new chapter in my life, while, on the other hand, I was pretty nervous about what to expect in an IIM.
In the scorching Delhi summers of 2018, the process of getting an admit offer from IIM Nagpur started with the WAT and PI at IIFT Delhi. My interview went well. I still remember my PI conversation when one of the professors extended his hand to offer me candy and I thought that he wanted to do a handshake, LOL.
