Topping in any class, batch or similar environment is exceptionally hard. We do not need any convincing to believe that. At some point or the other, we have all aspired to be the best. But what does it take to top, that too on a consistent basis? Are there are some people who are innately toppers or is it about grit?
The beauty of the IIM experience is that there are hardly any rules. You are free to do what you want, when you want. This is a post-graduation course and they treat you as an adult. However, there are a few things which are completely non-negotiable. These are -

Almost every student in India goes through several stages emotionally and physically both in the professional as well as personal life. As the students come to terms with this increasingly open world, MBA is a choice offered to them, that is both steady and stable. An MBA does not seem to offer the thrill offered by any of the art. IIM Calcutta has consistently been among the top 3 Indian b-schools for nearly 6 decades now. Most of us have heard about it one way or the other. But I am sure there are several aspects that will come as new to many. I have listed down some here:
