Challenges not only make you strong but help you to build endurance to it if you face a similar kind of challenge again. One challenge I would like to share is getting into an excellent MBA college. This journey started way back in 2014. I couldn’t clear any of the exams. The next year I was working at Infosys. I couldn’t manage my time well so I skipped giving any of the exams that year.

The only thing that stays permanent in life is the criticism you face for your choices and they stay that way unless you act and achieve what you are supposed to. People often ask me why MBA after Engineering to mock in most of the times, I believe they are the same who are certain that a 9-6 job is synonymous to what we have achieved in these four years of B Tech.

Since childhood, I had the fascination of making it big in my career and doing something where I can make an impact within my company as well as on the lives of people. After completing my engineering, I joined TCS in a technical role. While this exposure helped me gain an in-depth understanding of the software industry, I felt like I needed the next big leap to really make my career take off.

For the modern and quintessential urban Indian, life seems incomplete without certain names attached to the products they use. These names, defined by the dictionary as Brands, help customers differentiate between a myriad of products on offer in the market. They are a collection of values and unique qualities that people associate with a product. They offer a sense of satisfaction and assurance of quality to the consumer, so much that there are instances where whole generations often refuse to budge from a particular brand.

The alarm was going off incessantly. It was 6:05 and I had to be inside the school grounds in 25 minutes, spick and span for the morning assembly. I begrudgingly got up and got ready to go to my school, Aditya Birla Public School. Meanwhile, my father got ready to go to his job at the Grasim Industries limited. I gobbled up everything put in front of me on the breakfast table while my mother wrapped my lunch with Freshwrapp foils so that the food wouldn’t go cold. Being a 9-year-old boy in the small industrial town of Nagda, I never realized how much of an influence the Aditya Birla Group was in my life.
