Overcoming Challenges To Achieve My Ambitions

I graduated from Symbiosis International University in Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) in the year 2015. Being a top performer in BBA, I got placed in a very reputed USA based MNC. It was a time when I felt the pride and also the excitement to start my new career, but things did not go as planned. I took my flight from my hometown Kashmir to Pune, where I was supposed to start my first job, it was the time when Kingfisher Airlines completely shut its operation and my Father lost his job. Things completely changed for me when as the key income earner in my family suddenly lost his job. At that point of time it was for me to decide whether I should start a great career with my job or go back home and support my family, because of whom I had become capable enough to start a career.

Earlier an applicant had a challenge of making his resume keeping the recruiter’s thinking in mind, so that his resume can get shortlisted for further interview process bur as the technology has expanded his footsteps in business, this process of recruitment has got easier to some extent both for applicant and recruiter with the help of ATS.ATS is a software which screens the resume and compare it with job description, then shortlist those resume which are nearest to job description.

Starting with shelter- Gone are the days when people perceived a house just as a shelter. Nowadays, it is a real asset that many people use as a measure of their social standards. So, what do you need to build a house? Or shall I ask, which is the basic component that binds a house together? It has to be Cement. We decided to get our own house a few years back. Apart from investing in our interiors, we did not want to compromise on the base- Cement. My father was very clear while choosing the brand- Ultratech: The engineer's choice. Looking 10 years down the line, he feels that his decision was the right one as our home stands strong with no cracks in it- Physically as well as emotionally.
