The two important aspects which define a person are challenges he faced in his life and how he cope with his failures. Success is only a by-product of these two factors. The challenge that I took in my life was to secure an admission in one of the top premier business schools. During my preparatory phase, I was working as a software developer. During which I used to have late-night telephonic meetings with our onsite team for project discussions. For the first few months of my preparation, I had decided to work and prepare simultaneously but as the workload was increasing I decided to focus completely on my work and decided to give my mocks during my weekends, which was a mistake. But as the scores came down and I had made up my mind to resign after the completion of initial project delivery. Post which, I had 2 months of preparation by creating a strategic plan so that I could improve on my scores. Slowly I could see improvement in my scores but during the D-Day, I could not perform well and CAT 2018 became a disaster. Later on, I decided to give my 100% for SNAP 18 in which I could perform well. Then I decided to start my preparatory phase for GE-PI-WAT process. After a good round of interview and group activity process, I could attain admission in SCMHRD, Pune in the first merit list. The best part of this entire journey was that I never gave up on the challenge I took and picked myself up during the rough times.

This mindset of has been put to test during the internship in LG Electronics. The tenure was for 3 months but the enriching experience was for life- time.

‘ABG touches millions in the world’ and surely I am one of those privileged who have many memories and events attached to the 3rd largest Indian Conglomerate through its companies in telecom, fashion and financial services sector. The period of 2001 to 2001 was time of telecom boom in India when telecom subscriber basereached 846 million in 2011 from just 37 million in 2001 at the same time when distance started to disappear my Big bundle of joy came in small yellow packet of !dea cellular. Idea cellular wasthe first private company to provide service in my hometown i.e. Berla (C.G.) and what a fun it was! With its strong network Idea enabled connections smoothly and for years now helping meto connect to family in a go. A Big gift to impeccable relations.Every youth inspires to be a big fashionista but when confronted with reality of life one realizes it is going be same formal wear everyday in college and workplace and even buying a pair could cost lot of bucks. Misapprehension broke down when I had first encounter ‘Peter England’where formals were available at half the prices of other renowned brand and other turn of joy was experiencing fashionable formals by Van Heusen and formals with flavors of casuals by ‘Allen Solly’. All three brands truly made formal clothing comfortable and fashionable in one andanother way though ‘Louis Phillip’ is the one Big I want to afford my hard earned money.Third was the experience which Aditya Birla Capital Limited directly gave me though its day-long event #Voyage2019 where I listened to eminent speaker like Mr. S gurumurthy, Mr.Timothy Moe and Dr. Sriram Vasudevan along with ABCL leaders on the theme India: $5 TrillionEconomy. Witnessing such top managers, analyst, bankers was in itself a prodigious encounter for me which made me dream that I have to step on that stage one day and lead a perfectVoyage.
