Aditya Birla Group an Indian multinational Conglomerate has its presence in 34 countries with more than 120000 employees belonging to 42 nationalities. The group has its presence in diverse sectors like the cement, apparel, telecom, financial services, metal, chemical and many more. With brands like Allen Solly, Hindalco, Louis Philippe, Pantaloons and Vodafone-Idea the group has reached millions of lives all around the world. The group also recognizes its responsibilities towards the society and that is visible in their CSR initiatives. Aditya Birla Group has had a big impact on my life.

As I walk along the road wearing trousers from Allen Solly and a shirt from Peter England, I reflect on what the Aditya Birla Group has created today and the impact it has had on people’s lives. I carry a coat from Van Huesen and look up at a billboard that has an advertisement of Hindalco. The nearby buildings would definitely be made with Ultra Tech Cement.

Aditya Birla Group- The Pioneer Brand IIM SIRMAUR
The Aditya Birla group has been an integral part of my life as for most of the people around in my surroundings. Starting from the very first thing that we recently build an house and after researching the market thoroughly we were advised by the builder to use the Ultratech cement brand which is a part of the prestigious Aditya Birla group and after using the same we were delighted to see the strength of the foundation and the way it hold the steel bars to increase the overall strength and made the structure to pass various testing’s that were done by the authority personals who provided the fitness certificate for the house . Apart from that I have been using the Idea cellular Network which is also a part of the Birla Group and one of the premium service providers in the country, actually I have been using the services of Idea cellular from the time ,when I had a bar phone 11 years back, now I am using a smart phone and still on the same network, this goes to show that over a period of time the group has continuously strive to remain at the top of the list competing with the various advancements in the technology. It was also one of the initiators in to the 4G technology that we use today. I would also like to share the most important thing that has been the integral part of the family, actually my father who is an Ex employee of the Hindalco Industries, he was the production supervisor of the flooring sheets division, and I also did my summer intern of my graduation from Hindalco in to the production department. Thus I will just conclude the article by saying that Aditya Birla group is one of the pioneer groups into various sectors providing quality services to people across the Globe.
