Why Aditya Birla Group is big in my life?

Life is incomplete without hurdles. During challenging times, our real "Character" comes through. One of my greatest achievements came at a time when I was absolutely down and out. I started playing Cricket when I was 7. The first major breakthrough came my way when I was 14. I was selected for the training camp of the Vidarbha cricket association. But, just before the most awaited selection trials, I suffered a back injury. I informed my coaches and they advised me to take a drop that season. I was dejected. My efforts kind of went in vain. In fact, I locked myself up and cried. Fast forward 2 years later, I was selected for the camp again. This time, I took a decision. I told myself "Whatever happens, I will represent VCA this season." I was determined. During the 1st selection trial match, I scored 145* but suffered a thumb injury. I came back to my room after the match and looked at my thumb. It was bruised. But I had decided to play with the injury. After the match, people asked me how I could manage to play with such an injury. I didn't have an answer back then. But I probably have now.

Aditya Birla Group and its wide range of products be it Ultratech cement, be it Hindalco pipes, be it Grasim, be it Idea Vodafone and the list goes on and on and these all I have seen since my childhood until now and Aditya Birla Group became a part of our life. It has become the synonym of Trust & Faith like since I was a child whenever any construction work is there in our house or shop my father always used to buy Ultratech cement and I asked my father why only Ultratech and not Ambuja as “Is Cement me Jaan Hai” or why not why not Bangur as ye “Sasta Nhi Sabse Acha” or why not JK and he used to tell me only one thing it is from Aditya Birla Group and they have the trust because they maintained Quality. Again whenever there is any pipe fitting work is going on in our house again the pipes were from Hindalco because they are from Aditya Birla Group.

I was travelling on a flight to Lucknow, in a hurry to get back home as soon as I can. After all, I had not met my mother nor my sister ever since I left home 3 months back, to settle in Bangalore. Since it was a three hour long flight, I decided to take a nap, while listening to my favorite music. Plugging in my earphones, I managed to grab the in-flight magazine of Indigo. And then, few things struck me. I saw an advertisement of Grasim suitings on the front page, and I realized that the blazer which my body was covered with was of the same brand. The luggage which by now would have been moving swiftly among its' kind also contains suitings from Grasim. It made me realize the ambition of one person who made it all possible. It made me realize that today, we are covered with Aditya Birla Group - from Srinagar to Rameshwaram, and from Atari to Tripura. In India, it has made a Golden Quadrilateral out of its' name.
