FMCG is an industry that I always wanted to be a part of. I believe that it is one of the most lucrative and stabilized industry, an industry which majority of the marketing students like to be part of.
DIGITAL MARKETING AND LEAD QUALITY GENERATION

First Interview. First Job. First House.
The first thing that hits me up when I hear the words ADITYA BIRLA GROUP (ABG) is fashion and that too formal wears in particular. Brands like Peter England, Allen Solly, Louis Philippe and Van Heusen find a special place in my heart as well as in my cupboard since the time I started preparing for the internship placements during the third year of my engineering. This was the first time I ever bought formal wears and the brand which earmarked this new beginning was Peter England. I don’t know whether it was the comfort or the professional look that I had adopted which inflicted me with great courage and elf-confidence to face the interview process and sail through it.
Life of an Intern at consulting firm
As final exams of the Third Trimester came closer to an end, I turned in my last paper and looked ahead to my next project: Summer internship with Metis ERC Pvt. Ltd. in Bangalore. Some people may not recognize the name Metis as it’s a startup in the consulting industry. It is a small company with an extra level of personal touch and charm and is in the business of B2B consulting. It provides customized solutions to businesses facing issues and focuses on executing the main goal. Well after all in Bangalore, working with a start-up is the entire craze that there is among the youth.

Going through my graduation, all everybody asked me was "So, what’s the plan?", to which I would just subtly smile and say "Let's see". What they didn't realise was the impact this had on me as I had no clarity of my future plans. But well, this surely got me to do the thinking and after enough research I realised MBA was the course for me. I soon became determined to achieve my goals and started preparing two years in advance.
