Part A:-January 2019- The time for people to snuggle in warm clothes and blankets, but it is not the time to take rest for the anxious MBA aspirants. They eagerly wait for the entrance exam results such as CAT, SNAP etc. I was also one of amongst the lot. As the results started coming in and I received calls, so the next step was to prepare for the upcoming interview rounds. It involved a lot of mock gd-pi sessions but there was something else also that had to be taken care of. Yes, it was to abide by the formal dress code as per the B-school norms. Having had no experience of the formal dress code in the undergraduation I was pretty much clueless about it. Also, being from a tier-2 city (Bhopal) I thought that I would have to search online. Nevertheless, my parents took me to the nearby mall to explore the options. As we went through different brands I was shocked to see that the options pertaining to women’s formal wear were quite limited. However, a salesperson suggested us to go look for the same in the Allen Solly store. When I went there I was happy to see that there was a dedicated formal wear store for women i.e., Allen Solly Women. The salesgirl there was really courteous and helped me out with good suggestions. Also, there were a lot of options to choose from in all the categories. Needless to say that I went to that store again after securing admission at SIBM-B.

Coming to my story of how ABG has contributed to help me to reach the place where I am today, I owe part of my success to IDEA cellular Network of ABG which I found very useful during my CAT preparation. Last year this time I was working for MNC IT company, doing 24×7 shifts and had a very little idea about CAT. That time I decided to prepare for CAT, but owing to my job schedule it was not possible for me to join any coaching center. So I decided to prepare by myself taking the help materials and mock tests available on Internet. At that time the super fast idea 4g network helped me to sail smoothly through my CAT journey. Idea helped me not only during preparation phase but also during the entire process of applications for multiple exams. It also helped me during my GDPI process owing to which I was successfully able convert NITIE, IIM Kozhikode, SJMSOM etc.

Aditya Birla group, the 160+ years old group. There are lot many reasons why it is successful since years, certainly important reason will be how they cater the services to the people. Yes it is the brand which I have seen since my childhood in TV ads, on roads, in newspaper and where not. Basically I belong to the small village from Maharashtra. When I was in 4th standard we reconstructed our house. I used to go with my uncle everywhere he goes. So while placing order I was like we are going to buy Ultratech cement nothing else. That yellow bag with 'Ultratech cement' written on it. We do use all things till their threshold right! Now comes the important part we have a coconut garden. Whenever we need to collect the coconuts I used to go with ultratech cement bag and while coming home it always gave me the special feeling holding that bag full of coconuts watching that brand how it looks while I hold it that brand always inspired me doing such works. That was 11 years old me. This is the power of brand Aditya Birla Group have. Another best memory I have is I gifted my sister a ethnic dress on 'Bhaidooj' from pantaloons. She was extremely happy seeing that I bought it for her. Happiness on her face gave me great satisfaction. Idea cellular  network is one of the best networks in India. I am using it for almost 7 years and it has great connectivity across India. I have never faced any problem during calls or while surfing on internet. As I stay away from my home it keeps me connected with my loved ones without any disturbance.
