If you think you are good at GD’s and interviews, well think again, because almost all your competition thinks the same way. The differentiating factor now is going to be content, presentation and confidence.
Shortlists are coming out left, right, and centre. So, if you have been shortlisted or if you are expecting a call, this is for you. The importance that you give to CAT and other exams has to be given to this stage of the selection process as well. Maybe more. As the stakes just got higher. Not getting a call is one thing but not converting the calls is another. Don't be that person. Be prepared and prepare right away.

Things seem very individualistic and selfish, dominated by “me” and “I”. Well, that’s pretty natural!
The results of CAT will be most probably out by the second week of January and your WAT-PI round will be conducted in mid-February or later. This gives you roughly a time of 45 days to prepare for WAT-PI round. Although some of you might have already started preparing for WAT-PI but for those who haven’t, 'start your preparation now'. It is not late and even I started my preparation around this time only last year.

Once the results are out, the alarm bells for getting their act right in the Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds will start ringing for many. And just like one’s morning alarm tone, the tone of the GD/PI rounds is also not mellifluous to anyone’s ears.
